Can you tell me more about why this change took place?
We strive to provide the very best banking experience to our clients and have aligned our core banking platforms to meet our clients' needs. Our goal is not just to meet your banking needs today, but to anticipate your future needs and expectations as well. That's a higher standard of banking, and it's what guided us to make these kinds of updates at Webster.
What changes have been made to my account?
Changes to your accounts have been communicated to you in the mail. Your checking, savings and money market accounts may have a new product name. In some cases, the fee structure may be a little different. In addition, there were enhancements to our Online and Mobile Banking systems, so the way you interact with them may change slightly.
Can I make changes to the accounts I've been transitioned to?
While our goal was to give you accounts and services that are comparable to what you had, our top priority is to make sure we’re meeting your financial needs. Just give us a call or visit your nearest Webster banking center and we will be happy to work with you to ensure that you have the account(s) and services that best fit your lifestyle.
