Yes, you can continue using your existing checks and debit cards. Any new check or debit card you request after we become Webster will reflect the bank’s new name.
No, Sterling ATMs will retain the same capabilities, so you can continue to rely on them for your deposits, withdrawals, and other day-to-day banking needs. In addition, once the merger is complete, you will be able to use any ATM in the Webster network to withdraw cash and make account inquiries with no ATM fees being assessed.
After the merger is complete, continue to log in to these services via snb.com. There are no changes in functionality, and your login credentials will remain the same.
Not to worry, If you are an Android user, you can still use the current application with the SNB logo and continue to do your banking without interruption. If you were presented with an option to update your app and you chose to “Update Later” you can go to the app store, locate the app for your accounts by searching for “Webster SNB Mobile”, download the app and perform the update. Continue to use your current login credential and password.
