Neal Holland is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of Webster Bank and Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE:WBS), a leading regional bank with approximately $80 billion in assets. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate accounting, enterprise data science, investor relations, corporate strategy and corporate services.
Neal brings more than 20 years of strategic and financial experience to Webster, including most recently serving as CFO for First Republic Bank. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) Union Bank, N.A. and MUFG Americas Holding Corporation, including other senior level operating roles throughout his career.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and is a CPA with a CFA designation.
