Neal Holland

Neal Holland is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of Webster Bank and Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), a leading commercial bank with more than $70 billion in assets. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate accounting, investor relations and corporate services.

Neal brings more than 20 years of strategic and financial experience to Webster, including most recently serving as CFO for First Republic Bank. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) Union Bank, N.A. and MUFG Americas Holding Corporation, including other senior level operating roles throughout his career.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and is a CPA with a CFA designation.
