Sterling National Bank’s Franchise Group provided secured credit facilities in the amount of $18.4 million to Fowl Play Ventures, Inc., a Zaxby’s franchisee referred to us by Priority Capital. The credit facilities will provide refinancing of existing debt as well as working capital for the company’s anticipated growth.
The Zaxby’s brand, founded in 1990 in Statesboro, GA, was built around the concept of indescribably good chicken and the unrivaled flavor of Zax sauce. Today there are more than 900 locations, nine distinct sauces and one signature sandwich.
